GBI strongly advise against purchasing from Sephora at Kohl's online. I bought the foundation from Sephora at Kohl's online. When I went to use it a month later because I already had a product in use, the seal on the product box was cut open as if with a knife, indicating it might have been used and returned. I contacted customer service, and they asked why I didn't contact them as soon as I received it, which I think is totally fair. I explained the situation about the foundation I was originally using, which is totally fair too! But in the end, they refused to exchange the product. It would be best to avoid purchasing entirely from Kohl's at Sephora online, but if you're purchasing online from Sephora at Kohl's, be sure to thoroughly check the product. In my experience, all the items I received were damaged, every single one! likely because they're shipped in bags instead of boxes like regular Sephora orders. I'm the type who finds refunds or exchanges bothersome, so if they were not so damaged, I just used it. But I don't want to use a product that someone else used!!! If possible, I recommend buying from regular Sephora to avoid these issues.

GBKohl's refuse to cancel an order and refund money I placed an order for 4 items on 3/22/24. I received 2 of those items. I have contacted Kohl's via chat regarding the other two items, several times regarding the other two items and was told they would be shipped. As of today, 4/3/24, I have not received these items, I have not had any correspondence from Kohl's and Kohl's have blocked me from signing into my account. The original tracking number on this order does not work.

GBSIZE FILTER IS BS plus BAD INVENTORY TRACKING Even though I filter on the SIZE I needed, the search results only showed items only available in OTHER sizes. I checked each item for my size and they are not available in any color. It should have returned nothing, not rabbit holes to go down. It took a long time to check each item in each color. I conducted my search (for sweatpants) in my size after my order (for sweatpants) in my size was cancelled due to no longer being available. THIS IS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM that their inventory was not accurate.

GBOrdered nice jeans, got ones with rips in them.... I ordered 2 pairs of Sonoma supersoft skinny jeans with the intent of wearing them to work. I've ordered these jeans many times before without issue. When I got the jeans today, they had prefab rips in them! The pictures didn't show any rips, and I obviously cannot wear them to work. These 2 pairs are going right back. So very disappointed in Kohls. I will be cancelling my Kohls card and never going back.

GBKohl’s is apparently promoting sex work Kohl’s employees in the Caribbean giving out sex numbers to try to get credit card mistakes addressed. Also asking for sensitive information. Nice job corporate. You really outdone yourself in the fraud department.
