The Management is awful Kara is useless and Eldon is not the brightest also very snotty and snide. Everyone else is great but not safe store to be in you never know when you will find white powder in the bathroom. Or 20 empty shoe boxes because they have been stolen just that morning

GBIncompetent CSR wouldn't honor valid Kohls Cash Kohls kept sending me emails about my Kohls Cash expiring on 4/21/24. Well ON 4/21/24 I decided to use it online except it said I had no Kohls Cash. So I reached out on their official Facebook chat and kohls website. They told me I didn’t have any. I sent screenshots showing the email showing “Your Kohls Cash may be expiring as soon as April 21, 2024.” I received ANOTHER email AFTER the chat agents told me I don’t have any kohls cash saying I DID have kohls cash “just waiting to be spent”!! -Redeem it in store $ online through Apr 21. Once again I sent screenshots showing this came AFTER they’re telling me I don’t have any. ABBY was particularly stubborn on the date issue telling me “The wording does not reflect 4/21 as the expiration date.” What in the world does “Redeem it in store $ online through Apr 21.” mean then???? I repeatedly requested escalation to a manager which she refused and stopped responding to my chat. Useless, Incompetent and a RIP OFF!!!

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed. I used a Khol's gift card on my purchase and ended up retuning the item. I asked the customer service representative if I should receive a merch card or how do I get my money back and she replied all the money would be placed back on the gift card. I didn’t think anything of it and a month later when I went to use the gift card there was no money on the gift card. I spoke with the manager about the situation and he told me there was nothing he could do. I told him that was an unacceptable answering how my money had been taken he proceeded to tell me he didn’t believe me. I I’ve been a loyal customer to this company for over 20 years and was very disappointed in the service I received. The company did nothing to look into the situation And said that they wouldn’t.

GBFed up with Kohls cash nonsense I kept receiving an email telling me that i had a $10 promotion credit and a separate $5 Kohl's cash credit, both of which could be used in-store or online. The ten dollar credit had to be used by March 12, but was nowhere to be found in my account while trying to place an order. The pin number did not work either. I am a loyal Kohl's charge customer and have had it with the difficulties of placing online orders with these promotional offers which appear to be non-existent. Am NOT happy!
