Kohl’s customer service sucks! Kohl’s customer service sucks! When a package didn’t deliver they told me to file a police report instead of them finding out where my package was!

Fed up with Kohls cash nonsense I kept receiving an email telling me that i had a $10 promotion credit and a separate $5 Kohl's cash credit, both of which could be used in-store or online. The ten dollar credit had to be used by March 12, but was nowhere to be found in my account while trying to place an order. The pin number did not work either. I am a loyal Kohl's charge customer and have had it with the difficulties of placing online orders with these promotional offers which appear to be non-existent. Am NOT happy!

STEPHANIE I had a situation, I returned items to Amazon, and received a Kohl's store coupon. I went to the Kohl's counter to purchase items and the coupon was misplaced and not deducted from my balance owed. I called the Richmond Tx store. Spoke with Stephanie and she immediately resolved it. I wish there were more sales associates like Stephanie. She is awesome and went the extra mile.

I’m so sick of kohls I’m so sick of kohls. Every single order is an issue. Either things come damaged or don’t come at all. Today I’m experiencing a new issue with them! I was finally able to use a coupon today after paying off my card. The coupon says it expires this day 4/22/24. They told me I’m not allowed to use it and expired yesterday. Which means that date on the coupon should say 4/21/24.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. I used a Khol's gift card on my purchase and ended up retuning the item. I asked the customer service representative if I should receive a merch card or how do I get my money back and she replied all the money would be placed back on the gift card. I didn’t think anything of it and a month later when I went to use the gift card there was no money on the gift card. I spoke with the manager about the situation and he told me there was nothing he could do. I told him that was an unacceptable answering how my money had been taken he proceeded to tell me he didn’t believe me. I I’ve been a loyal customer to this company for over 20 years and was very disappointed in the service I received. The company did nothing to look into the situation And said that they wouldn’t.
