GBX1cameras don't stay online X1 cameras will not stay online (older X1, sitting within 5' is dependable). The 2.4 restriction must be a factor. Anyway, I have 10 bosma products (2 Xpros, 5 X1s, a doorbell cam and aegis deadbolt). Only 5 work (that is only 5 of current 10 will stay online - 3 will not reload or reset no matter how much time and effort given (4 useless X1s, and 1 dead Xpro). X1s are cheap, but so undependable it's a waste of my money. As an early Bosma adapter- really disappointing. I have had 2 replaced by bosma but still only have 4 of 12 operational...

GBProducts have not met expectations. My door locks have not met expectations. Neither have the cameras. The only help I can get is messages that have not been very helpful.

GBGood Customer Service, Shipping Dept. should double check orders I initially received incorrect item, but once I contacted Customer Service, the correct item was sent promptly. Upon receipt of correct item, it was very easy to setup and use the Gateway. There was something I found strange though, there was no paperwork, item packaging or anything in the shipping envelope except the Gateway itself. Luckily it was very easy to search the internet and find what I needed to get the Gateway up and running. So the no paperwork, box issue is the only reason for the 4 star review. The Gateway has worked flawlessly ever since I hooked it up. 2 thumbs up and high five!

GBI purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of… I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of it's wonderful features and then I most recently purchased the Bosma EX-Pro outdoor camera and I must say that both have performed as advertised to say the least...I am exceedingly happy with the Bosma products...the app works very well and pretty simple to use and install...would recommend them to all...better by far than a Ring.

GBTerrible Support You do not acknowledge phone calls, email, or your support email. All my questions were ignored! I ordered and installed a new gateway, which cured my wi-fi problems. Your company was zero help. Your support rates below zero. Too bad, your customers deserve better.
