I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of… I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of it's wonderful features and then I most recently purchased the Bosma EX-Pro outdoor camera and I must say that both have performed as advertised to say the least...I am exceedingly happy with the Bosma products...the app works very well and pretty simple to use and install...would recommend them to all...better by far than a Ring.

door unlocks and locks the lock on the front door unlocks and locks by itself. In the living room watching tv and the front door unlocks. the auto lock was disabled since installation. this happens a few times in a week. just yesterday, lock won't connect to open, had to manually open the lock. connection on the app says error on it. i'll have to reset this lock, now.

Recommend I highly recommend the Bosma aegis and doorbell. Though I have not gotten the doorbell connected yet will be having an electrician come in to do that for me soon. My only wish would be Bosma get on the HomeKit list of Apple. One of my favorite features is the auto unlock feature on the aegis lock.

2 day shipping - Big NO! 2 day shipping was using the USPS. We received in 5 business days. Camera is our 2nd one. The first unit is fine however the 2nd shows a pink coloration to all live and recorded video. Adjusted all settings nothing makes the pink go away? Also this second unit refuses to find door contacts. When I emailed for a tracking number on late shipping I received a snarky email in reply. I will ask for a replacement unit. Not optimistic about the outcome...

Terrible Support You do not acknowledge phone calls, email, or your support email. All my questions were ignored! I ordered and installed a new gateway, which cured my wi-fi problems. Your company was zero help. Your support rates below zero. Too bad, your customers deserve better.
