X1cameras don't stay online X1 cameras will not stay online (older X1, sitting within 5' is dependable). The 2.4 restriction must be a factor. Anyway, I have 10 bosma products (2 Xpros, 5 X1s, a doorbell cam and aegis deadbolt). Only 5 work (that is only 5 of current 10 will stay online - 3 will not reload or reset no matter how much time and effort given (4 useless X1s, and 1 dead Xpro). X1s are cheap, but so undependable it's a waste of my money. As an early Bosma adapter- really disappointing. I have had 2 replaced by bosma but still only have 4 of 12 operational...

do not buy from Bosma Regarding their Aegis product: In the two years I had it, it failed 3 times. The final time it failed it was out of warranty, but thankfully my credit card's extended warranty coverage reimbursed me for the cost. The keypad/fingerprint reader did not work more than 50% of the time. Furthermore, if you need tech support, it is nearly impossible to reach someone live, and there is not even a voice mail box.

I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of… I purchased a Bosma doorbell w/ all of it's wonderful features and then I most recently purchased the Bosma EX-Pro outdoor camera and I must say that both have performed as advertised to say the least...I am exceedingly happy with the Bosma products...the app works very well and pretty simple to use and install...would recommend them to all...better by far than a Ring.

Although Although, it no longer works as intended; the Bosma is still used to lock our front door, manually. I like the concept of the unit, indeed, that’s why I haven’t removed it. My 3 teens couldn’t understand the purpose of having such a door lock and it became an oddity and possibly a toy for them to play with. My only true dislike is the the Bosma doesn’t play well with rechargeable batteries. This unit can go through batteries like it’s a job so using recharging batteries would be nice.

door unlocks and locks the lock on the front door unlocks and locks by itself. In the living room watching tv and the front door unlocks. the auto lock was disabled since installation. this happens a few times in a week. just yesterday, lock won't connect to open, had to manually open the lock. connection on the app says error on it. i'll have to reset this lock, now.
