Please do not purchase anything from this company or believe anything they say at all. Purely lies. Easily going to win in court.

GBCompany tried recieved refund Recieved a refund on my clearly defective product(had been sent with paperwork that included the name of the previous person who had returned the product and all paperwork) .this item was sent out defective and brush would not spin. Business was unhappy to see my review and enlisted an employee to try to facilitate the return. I will not do business in the future. I wasted time and money returning a product that never should have gone out. Given one extra star because of the business trying to rectify the situation.

CAHelp from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. Well done, Ariel

I cancel.order but still Shipp anyway then I return the item. seller received the item back on 01/26 and I'm still waiting my refund I wanna send several email. Still seller not issues my refund. GBLike so many others Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say. CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks. I don't plan to ever order from this company again.
