CAHelp from VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist Ariel I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. GBTOTAL RIPOFF -- STAY AWAY!! I ordered the Nextbase 622GW Front and Rear Camera Combo. What I received was the front camera only. Also no USB cable for connecting the camera to a computer (listed on the box as an included component necessary for initial setup, but it wasn't there). I contacted VIP OUTLET immediately, and they said the best they could do was offer me $30. A rear camera retails for $70, so why would I accept $30? Also they never replied about the missing USB cable. Now I have to deal with the hassle of mailing back this piece of junk. VIP OUTLET engages in false advertising and hopes that customers won't notice their attempts at ripping you off. Avoid at all costs!!

GBNo scam, all smiles I've used VIP Outlet twice. Bought a laptop through their Ebay store in January. Just bought a Chromebook through there actual website in November. Each transaction was smooth, no problems. Received both items in quick fashion. This last purchase was faster than my first! I ordered the Chromebook the night of 11/23, order shipped 11/24, received package on 11/25. Couldn't be happier with the service!

I received a prompt reply, along with a shipping update. My order was delivered promptly, was packaged well, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I will definitely order again.

GBLike so many others Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say. CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks. I don't plan to ever order from this company again.
