Immediately outdated By the time I received my case it was already outdated and I had gotten the new model iPhone. The case itself was very bulky and not practical, making it difficult to place in to or retrieve from a pocket. The case stopped working after plugging on a car charger.

I'm rating you at the maximum I'm rating you at the maximum, but not for your service. This rating is for the absolutely outstanding job of stringing me along over the past number of years relative to a case for my iPhone 6 Plus which never materialized. I have as of recently upgraded to an iPhone 11, wonder if you have a case for it and how much it would set me back?

Case sucked from the start. Company sucks even more Case sucked from the start, wouldnt hold a charge. Support did jack about it, no matter where i tried reaching them. April 8th edit: After leaving my review i was told to contact them again to see about resolution. After a lot of back and forth with Thom making really dumb arguments to avoid taking responsibility for 1) the poor quality product, and 2) the even poorer quality customer service. After promising a replacement, finally after not hearing back, i reach out and am offered $50 off my next purchase. It included a lot of lies ( claiming they never even produced the iphone 5 version of the case, and baffled about how i go one, meanwhile a quick google search finds it listed in several places that used to carry them) and more responsibility dodging using false equivalences and a lot of condescension. My head hurts. Im not paying for this second round of a garbage experience. Im done with this company forever.

Everything was good until the power… Everything was good until the power bank stopped charging I don’t know if it’s the cord. That came with it is there anyway I could have y’all take a look at it.... I should clarify in the model for the iPhone 6 the charging port stopped working it hasn’t even been a month I still have the receipt in my emails if when it arrived I’m okay with the phone case being bulky due to the stun gun attachment please fix this situation

A whole lot better now ^^ Okay,i had a talk with one of the people at Yellow Jacket and they helped me with a new case and its gonna be really good,i just forgot to edit my review here. The newer versions including the I Phone X version im getting wont have Problems with Discharging and will be more powerful so im happy about that. Im all about feeling safe so this is a big one for me,thank you Joseph!!
