I could not believe how much safer I… I could not believe how much safer I feel having Yellow Jacket and the training of how to use it properly. Our daughters are 16 and 23 and they are both getting one this week. Also I was really impressed with the customer service after the sale. I had some questions and was wonderfully surprised at the level of attentiveness by your employee. She was knowledgeable beyond expectations and patient as well. The information on the site is up to date and accurate. A great product with outstanding leadership and supporting personnel. My case broke within days My case broke within days, I contacted the email on their website and they told me they’d be sending out a replacement, Thom told me to email him when it arrived. It never did, so I asked if it had tracking. No response. It’s been months (since April), and I’ve emailed them several times asking for updates with no response. 😭 I’m still hoping they’ll reach out.

Used to have an iPhone now galaxy and… Used to have an iPhone now galaxy and you only make cases for iphones. UPDATE Dear Yellow Jacket I have now had galaxy phone's since the Galaxy S5. So that has been many years. You cannot tell me that there have neve been enough Samsung phones sold to not try and make cases for them. It is generally a battle between Apple and Samsung. Nice try with selling the reason. You dont make any others is it enough Samsung's sold.

A whole lot better now ^^ Okay,i had a talk with one of the people at Yellow Jacket and they helped me with a new case and its gonna be really good,i just forgot to edit my review here. The newer versions including the I Phone X version im getting wont have Problems with Discharging and will be more powerful so im happy about that. Im all about feeling safe so this is a big one for me,thank you Joseph!!
