GBCase sucked from the start. Company sucks even more Case sucked from the start, wouldnt hold a charge. Support did jack about it, no matter where i tried reaching them. April 8th edit: After leaving my review i was told to contact them again to see about resolution. After a lot of back and forth with Thom making really dumb arguments to avoid taking responsibility for 1) the poor quality product, and 2) the even poorer quality customer service. After promising a replacement, finally after not hearing back, i reach out and am offered $50 off my next purchase. It included a lot of lies ( claiming they never even produced the iphone 5 version of the case, and baffled about how i go one, meanwhile a quick google search finds it listed in several places that used to carry them) and more responsibility dodging using false equivalences and a lot of condescension. My head hurts. Im not paying for this second round of a garbage experience. Im done with this company forever.

GBI have carried this device on my iPhone… I have carried this device on my iPhone 8 and it still works great after 8 months, occasional testing, and accidentally dropping twice while climbing in/out of my ambulance unit. No bad reviews or complaints here. Mike.

GBWould never refer anyone to this company This company has horrible communication. After accepting my payment for the product they claimed to have in stock, they never delivered it or communicated with me. It took months to get ahold of someone and they refused to return my payment even though they did not have a date for when they would be able to send the product to me. I eventually had to contact the BBB for a refund.

GBUsed to have an iPhone now galaxy and… Used to have an iPhone now galaxy and you only make cases for iphones. UPDATE Dear Yellow Jacket I have now had galaxy phone's since the Galaxy S5. So that has been many years. You cannot tell me that there have neve been enough Samsung phones sold to not try and make cases for them. It is generally a battle between Apple and Samsung. Nice try with selling the reason. You dont make any others is it enough Samsung's sold.

GBI could not believe how much safer I… I could not believe how much safer I feel having Yellow Jacket and the training of how to use it properly. Our daughters are 16 and 23 and they are both getting one this week. Also I was really impressed with the customer service after the sale. I had some questions and was wonderfully surprised at the level of attentiveness by your employee. She was knowledgeable beyond expectations and patient as well. Keep up the good work and I will be telling everyone I know what a great product and company Yellow Jacket is. Jessica D.
