I purchased a case from them 1 week and… I purchased a case from them 1 week and a half ago and it arrived yesterday. Let me just say I love the case really good sleek quality. I have had no issues upon delivery and I just love how well packaged it came so protective. It threw me by surprise it was in a felt button bag . That right there tells me they take good care and want to make sure it gets to you undamaged. No I’m not a paid person writing reviews for company’s and no this place is not a scam stuff does happen when it delivers out of their control if it takes longer to get to your place it’s worth the wait 10/10 would recommend this. The cons tracking was Italian had to use the shop app which is fine but I get the tracking late and pricing is fair but for a blue collar worker a bit pricy I will be buying again but maybe once a month

Disappointing performance for a really nice looking case I bought a case from them April 15th didn’t arrive till may considering that covid-19 was going on was understandable. I’ve had my case for about a week maybe 2 and already doesn’t light up it’s been kinda frustrating and after reading their return policy that I have to pay for shipping the case back I don’t find it fair. Other then that I like the look of the art but wouldn’t recommend my friends get this for 45 dollars.

The phone case is super high quality… The phone case is super high quality and has awesome lighting ill start with that. Communication on shipping, specifically the tracking process is a little tricky on a phone but otherwise okay. The biggest problem I see is that the small flat cable that protrudes to your charging port seems like it will fail at some point (have only had the case for 2 days now) and getting the charger piece back out of your phone seems impossible without using your teeth.

Amazing cases, unfortunate business decisions I love these cases they are durable, shock absorbent and the tempered glass back has protected from many a falls. Because the design of the back is wider than your phone it takes the brute of any drops before your phone does! However I have ordered 4 cases from this company over my last two phones. I started with led... and I was thoroughly disappointed with the amount of battery power it drains. My battery went from a full day to needing to be charged 3 times a day, eventually I just cut the plug off the case and used it normally. My second issue with these cases is they sell tempered glass although the tempered glass does NOT fit well with a case on. Especially the led cases which are bulky. I say led because of my last and final complaint. I then ordered the glow in the dark case and omg it was perfect. I got the design I wanted, I could find my phone easily in the dark. It was super light weight, it still protected my phone heaps, and it was 30$!!!!! Sold the phone for 200 in perfect condition it was amazing!! And my batterey was not drained. The up side I didn't have small remnants from the cut plug that could cut my hand. The complaint.... the company has de idea to go in a different direction and discontinued glow in the dark cases. The led cases cut your battery to a 3rd its normal time. They are not worth it. And when you cut the coard so you can use this amazing case without led it can be uncomfortable. And if you leave the card there it looks bag, feels bad and is annoying to deal with. Led cases look Kool but reduce your phones life especially ially now that batteries are build in and need to be opened with special tools to replace. If you want a case that will cost you to keep your phones life choose something else. Battery replacements cost almost 100 - 200 dollars now. Spend the 20 extra dollars and get the same case without the led.

Great response from customer Service I received the case yesterday. Beautiful case. I popped it on my phone and the case cracked. Order number 130520 Bazaardodo insured me this is usually not the result. And the replacement should not be defective. Other than receiving a defective product it is a beautiful case, just wish I could have used it. Awesome service though, they are sending me a replacement. Took about 1 day to get a response.
