Bought a total of 20 cases from them, very good quality but some big flaws I ordered a total of 20 cases from them. 5 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and since I switched now 15 for the 12 pro max. Shipping is slow but that’s understandable due to covid but the only disappointing part of the led cases is the fact that the connector are very fragile and weak and prone to breaking if you unplug and replug them often for charging. For my new case the connector snapped after about 2 weeks of use. Good thing I bought many but consider this before buying.

This website is a complete scam!! This website is a complete scam!!! They advertise nice looking photos and videos of the product, but the product itself looks completely different than on their site. Not to mention the fact that I contacted customer service, who took an entire WEEK to respond. Once they did, they offered me a refund if I paid for return shipping back to China. Fine. But after I took an extra day to inquire about the quality of the case, giving them the benefit of the doubt and asking if the case they sent me was perhaps an accident (trust me, it looked really bad) - their customer service agent told me they can no longer give me a refund because the case was shipped too long ago. Let me repeat, they took a WEEK to respond! Do not order from this website.

Amazing service!!! My case is wonderful, but even better, when there was an issue with my package (the case was cracked), not only was the problem fixed, but it was fixed within 4 hours of my emailing to say what had happened. I had been sent new shipping details for the replacement and everything. Special shout out to Batty for being so helpful and prompt for organising a replacement. Definitely recommend if you want a cool led case (as I bought for myself)- you can rest assured their service is fantastic.

Cool case, poor quality though 1) The glass case is cracked all over after one drop of the phone. 2) The LED reacts to any form of sound and can be extremely annoying after a week. I've contacted customer service asking if they could program it to activate upon any notifications, but they've yet to consider my opinion after a few months. Logically, it makes more logical sense. 3) They advertised a demon slayer themed case on their promotion video and never released it. False advertisement.

Got 2 glow cases Got 2 glow cases, am pretty impressed. Actual picture quality was shockingly nice and vibrant, pretty much HD. The led lights work considerably well, too; and for the price, they have a decent range of music they can sync up to. Shipping took a bit, but other than that would definitely recommend.
