GBService is really awesome, very smooth transaction and customer service support is really good I had claimed this year, I didn't believe that gocare would support such a great service when one of my friend was referred me last year. Now I believe and trust the service that was provided by Gocare completely 100% after I claimed for my samsung S3 cell phone repair. It was very smooth transaction, good customer support till I get my cell phone back.

GBi like go care because i can purchase a protection plan with a low deductable. I suggest you purchase go care cell phone insurance because its cheap and it has a low deductible. They also deliver your repaired phone in about a day or two days. For a two year plan it goes for $129. For a three year plan it goes for $149 so I think its a bargain at those prices. You can also purchase their smartphones plans thirty days after you purchased your smartphone.

GBGlad I haven't had to make a claim yet, but am feeling secure that if I need to, they are there. So I'm really glad I haven't actually had to file any claims yet. But it's nice that I can feel secure that a reputable company is offering fair coverage.I know I search for warranty programs like this one just in case the worst happens, and although I know it has not happened to me yet, statistically it won't be long. In my opinion, this is a small price to pay for reassurance and most certainly the loss, and price to replace a iPhone or Galaxy, is far higher than this small fee.

GBUNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE - I have been trying to contact GoCare regarding a claim for 3 weeks now. No replies to email, can't "chat", nobody answers the phones.. are they still in business???

GBIt took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. It took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. There were more hoops to jump through than I would've liked. I ended up deciding not to go through with it after so much run around and uncertainty. I did pay the $50, but have decided to insure my phone elsewhere.
