Terrible Customer Service While the prices are low, the customer service is terrible. My package with my SIM card tray never arrived and they were completely unhelpful. Customer service just told me to make a claim with route as I insured my package that way. However, the reply was Hang tight, your package is on its way. Looks like this item is ineligible to file until 11/01/2023.. My phone is not usable without a working SIM card tray. I ordered overnight shipping so I would have a phone right away. It is true that with Route insurance I was refunded my money, but I had to wait a week.

False advertising, waste of time I ordered a replacement phone screen; the product page said same-day shipping (I was well within the time frame mentioned) and free two-day shipping on orders over $65 (my screen more than surpassed this). Didn't get a shipping notification until two days after I ordered, and four days later I got a cancellation e-mail because they were out of stock. Complete waste of time; shop elsewhere.
