I ordered an iPhone 8 front camera… I ordered an iPhone 8 front camera replacement. I changed my mind about it so I tried to cancel the order but they said it was shipped out already. It had been 2 hours since I placed the order. I waited until it arrived so I could return it. Their policy says you have to fill out a return authorization form in able to return the item. I emailed them for the form. After 4 days they finally sent it to me. I thought they would provide me with a return label but no you have to pay for shipping yourself. The cost of shipping the item back would be more than what I paid for the item and more than what they would even refund me because they also keep a percentage of what you paid also minus the cost you paid for shipping. So returning the item would actually be more of a lost. Shaking my head🤦🏽‍♀️

Love repairs universe! Been ordering parts from repair universe for a couple of years now and I must say I love them. I wish they intergraded real reviews on their own website that way us customers can leave them there and not on another website. My paid shipping is always quick with RepairUniverse and I love their customer support.

Do not order from these people Do not order from these people. Totally unprofessional. I ordered a screen replacement for my pixel and a replacement kit, when package arrived it was the wrong one screen and there was NO kit. I didn't even take the screen out of its package as it was obviously too small. When I returned it they refused to refund me sending some super super close up picture saying it had been damaged which is not true because it hadn't left the package and then had the audacity to say that they checked and that the weight of the package sent showed they sent the replacement kit. They basically stole my money and lied. A dishonest non trustworthy business. Go with ifixit instead a much much better choice than this company.
