GBGhostek Customer service My review is more focused on Ghostek's customer service. I received a replacement case and screen protector with no fuss whatsoever. The product itself is good for the money ($20). Not the best of course, but I can't complain. Worth it though for the quality of their customer relations!

AUGreat Customer Service I bought a Ghostek Cloak phone casing that came with a free screen protector. The casing was fabulous but the screen protector was incomplete, hence just out of curiosity I emailed to clarify. Guess what? I got a screen protector especially sent to me. I am very glad that they have such fantastic service!

GBTerrible customer service Their customer service team was completely unhelpful and combative. They took no responsibility to aided me in finding what happened to my package when it wasn't delivered. They did not notify me when it was returned to them. Then when USPS failed to deliver the package they told me I was responsible for the shipping charge.

PHGreat Product. Great Support. Great Experience! Here's my experience buying in UVIYO. I bought a SoDrop2 Headphones and i got super unlucky as i got a factory defected one which i understand happens to every other company. I quickly contacted their support and explained the issue and boom! they sent me a new fresh SoDrop2. The greatest thing about this is that they didn't bother me to mail the previous item that really saved me a lot of time because i'm from far South East Asia! Cheers! to Uviyo Team and shout out to Dani for great customer support experience!
