PHGreat Product. Great Support. Great Experience! Here's my experience buying in UVIYO. I bought a SoDrop2 Headphones and i got super unlucky as i got a factory defected one which i understand happens to every other company. I quickly contacted their support and explained the issue and boom! they sent me a new fresh SoDrop2. The greatest thing about this is that they didn't bother me to mail the previous item that really saved me a lot of time because i'm from far South East Asia! Cheers! to Uviyo Team and shout out to Dani for great customer support experience!

GBOrdered case no back to it..took 3weeks… Ordered case no back to it..took 3weeks .now another 3weeks for the part to come..ended up buying 1..return policy is down to the buyer...wont use again.this website

GBTerrible customer service Their customer service team was completely unhelpful and combative. They took no responsibility to aided me in finding what happened to my package when it wasn't delivered. They did not notify me when it was returned to them. Then when USPS failed to deliver the package they told me I was responsible for the shipping charge.

GBWrong case, terrible response Company advertised a case for sale. Upon purchase I was contacted 2 days later to be informed that the case is not in fact for sale. So I went with a different color case. A week later I have no shipping information so I'm contacting the company again to receive the information as to when the case will arrive. When the case finally does arrive it's for the wrong phone. I contact the company once again and go two days without any information from them. They admitted the screw up but sent the correct case via the slowest means of delivery possible(after waiting an additional 2 days to send it out). When questioned customer service became abrasive and rude. Cases may be good, but I suggest buying through a different company.

GBThis is my second review This is my second review, therefore 5 plus 5 equals 10. Stars, that is. I've read some of the negative reviews that others have made and I'm completely baffled as to what these people are saying...negatively, that is. I've been a Uviyo customer for both of my Samsungs: the S7 and S8. They're both touted as waterproof and, guess what? They ARE! I once tripped on a marina dock and fell into the water. And while I was a bit embarrassed, my S7 wasn't affected one iota. This past Monday, I had finished a day of fishing, loaded up my car, and then the sky opened up here in South Florida and my fishing buddy and I were soaked to the skin. BUT, my Nautical Uviyo was as dry as the Mojave desert. Your cases are solid because I have a habit of dropping mine at least once a week, and they bounce back without a hint of a problem. Finally, every time I've reached out to Uviyo, they're always there for me. Once again, people who read reviews: Some customers are not satisfied and some, like myself, consider your product and your customer support great.
