GBGood phone cases and good service! I have ordered 3 phone cases through Uviyo. They provide great quality products and they have great service. They seem to be a small enough company that they really care about their customer satisfaction. They offered to refund my mistake when I ordered the wrong size case on my first order. When I ordered a case for a new phone model, they went out of stock very quickly. Uviyo's customer service was honest and quick to tell me my options, and they refunded me right away because I was not willing to change my order or wait to protect my phone. The case I ended up getting from a different seller was so inferior that I ended up getting a new one through Uviyo later anyway, at a lower price and higher quality! I love the phone cases here, I just ordered my wife a beautiful pink case for her phone here because her last one did not keep the back of the phone from cracking when she dropped it.

GBI have been using UVIYO cases for years … I have been using UVIYO cases for years now. My current one is the Ghostek Atomic 3 case for my iPhone 7 Plus. It is very well constructed and is waterproof as well. The exterior of the case is Red, made of aluminum with tight fitting face gasket and a mega durable clear screen. I have dropped my phone in gravel recently and a had a gut-wrenching feeling that the case or phone would be damaged, but under careful examination it had no damage whatsoever. It has a great guarantee and I'll buy another UVIYO case in the future for whatever phone I get.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I recommend avoiding this company. I went against my normal practice of not ordering from a company with out a phone number. Big mistake. They seem to send out cheery robot emails saying that they care and to contact them with any problems. They do not respond to emails at all. I've sent a bunch including to care uviyo.email. All they care about is getting more orders. I have ordered two products from them and yet to have a tracking number Or any updates about shipping. I paid for expedited service. I ordered from them specifically because they offered that. Apparently a total waste of money. Avoid these people if you want to get your product in a timely fashion or have any customer support. Don't be fooled by their automated replies. I'm not a frequent reviewer but this company deserves negative and I hope to save anybody else from dealing with their total lack of response to communications.

GBGoogle Pixel Case I am very happy with the Ghostek case I received for my Google Pixel. Upon receiving my case, I noticed a crack in the free screen protector that came with the case. I reached out to the customer support team to notify them of this and they quickly responded and shipped a new screen protector. Great customer service and a great product.

PHGreat Product. Great Support. Great Experience! Here's my experience buying in UVIYO. I bought a SoDrop2 Headphones and i got super unlucky as i got a factory defected one which i understand happens to every other company. I quickly contacted their support and explained the issue and boom! they sent me a new fresh SoDrop2. The greatest thing about this is that they didn't bother me to mail the previous item that really saved me a lot of time because i'm from far South East Asia! Cheers! to Uviyo Team and shout out to Dani for great customer support experience!
