GBCustomer Service UPDATE Bought a brand new Neptune 4 Pro direct. Machine stopped working within a month. Support based in China so massive delays on responses. Sent wrong parts to try and fix and now being ignored. A lovely Jenny did get back in contact and sent the part I needed and now the machine works absolutely fine. Jenny has done her utmost to accommodate me so have now changed my experience. I strongly suggest for such a popular maker of 3D printing machines that they have a satellite office in the UK or at least Europe for customer service. I don’t mind waiting for parts coming from China as long as I had known what was going on. Having no contact for a week didn’t help.

SEIf I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I have amended my rating accordingly. -------‐------------------- Original review -------------------------- I could rate zero stars,I would. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

FRBe careful of censorship on .elegoo.com attention a la censure sur .elegoo.com. ils ne font apparaitre que les avis positif sur leur site. j ai laisser un avis negatif car emballage pitoyable et mouiller et stock toujours a 0 malgré les emails de produit en stock. il n ont jamais publier mon avis ni les photos. -- Be careful of censorship on .elegoo.com. They only display positive reviews on their site. I left a negative review because the packaging was pitiful and wet and the stock was still at 0 despite the emails of the product in stock. They never published my opinion or the photos.

DESupport works after script, ignoring the issue prensented Update: After several mails, the issue got solved. The only things I´d like them to change are the official guides. They are severly outdated and you have to be wiling to search 3r party sources. Their support however was very patient and did their best to solve the issue even thougfh there was some misscommunication in the beginning.
