GBI believe this is an excellent product⦠but poor service on delivery I believe this is an excellent product from the reviews, but I will never know if I don't receive my product. I was told when I first ordered bCk in July it would be delivered early August only to never receive an email or update on what's going on. When I reached out to them almost 4 weeks later I was told it would ship on Aug. 30th, but as of today it has never shipped. I am getting more excuses than results, feels like I am being scammed when a company never reaches out to you and you have to be the first to initiate a conversation with support. I would like to see what the next excuse will be.

GBI love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2 I love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2. I've made a lot of cool figures π its close to perfect π my only negative comment about it is that you cannot manually send the build plate to the top automatically. You have to push up by 10 mm multiple times π€£ now if there's a way to do it that I don't know about then I'd say its 5 stars and perfect π

IEHOW TO DEAL WITH ELEGOO Unfortunately I was a customer of ELEGOO. Based on reviews and evidence I see that this company has a disregard for EU and UK laws so I will help people in UK and Europe affected by this unfair business. This is not a Legal advice by any means. BIT OF A LONG READ BUT ITS WORTH IT. I CAN NOT INSERT LINKS TO EU LAWS AND DIRECTIVES BUT JUST GOOGLE CERTAIN PHRASES AND YOU WILL GET THE CONTENT. Based on my experience upon investigating Elegoo and how my my complaint was dealt with I hereby state that : 1)Elegoo failed to provide CE markings certificates for all its product apart from 1 product upon Legal request based on Freedom of Information Act. This could indicate that ELEGOO is not allowed to sell its products in Europe. CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. It is required for products manufactured anywhere in the world that are then marketed in the EU. GOOGLE: EU CE MARKINGS 2) Elegoo breached my Customer Rights under EU consumer Act of 2022. By failing to cancel my order and asking me to contact couriers to cancel the order. GOOGLE : EU CONSUMER GUARANTEES 3) Elegoo breached my Customer Rights under EU consumer Act of 2022 by failing to provide contact address on your EU sales website for Legal Purposes. GOOGLE ECC IRELAND SHOPPING ONLINE CONSUMER RIGHTS 4) Elegoo breached my Customer Rights under EU consumer Act of 2022 on 01/11/23 by Failing to provide contact information upon request. GOOGLE : EU FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 5) Elegoo is in breach of EU Warranty under EU consumer Guarantees Act by failing to provide 12 month Warranty to products sold in EU. ELEGOO SITE - WARRANTIES POLICY GOOGLE : EU CONSUMER SHOPPING WARRANTIES RETURNS 6) Elegoo breached Data Protection GDPR Directive in relation to passing my information outside EU without informing me. GOOGLE : CAS GDPR PERSONAL TRANSFERRING DATA OUTSIDE EUROPE These few links will help you understand how your rights were breached. You have certain rights under EU policies and no one can make you waive those rights. For example ELEGOO cannot force you to diagnose or repair the product if its delivered faulty. They MUST exchange it immidiately at their own expense. See reviews below. ELEGOO knows that they are violating law so they decided to bribe me by offering me some resin and a discount. I obviously did not sell my integrity for few quid so I can warn everyone. Quoting reply : We must apologize sincerely for all your bad experiences with our product and service. If you are willing to give us another chance and try our product again, we would like to offer 20% OFF and 5 bottles of resin as compensation. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Freya I am sure if you are a customer you are affected and can take following action : 1) VERY IMPORTANT β inform Eu Data Protection Commisioner, ECC, ccpc.ie how ELEGOO disregards EU Consumer laws. These are government bodies setup to regulate and enforce LAW in EU. Write a short complaint using your experience and links as evidence. Your complaint WILL BE DEALT WITH AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. 2) Make a claim in small claims court (up to 5000euro PER CLAIM) against elegoo breaching your customer rights and EU laws. This can be done for 25 euro if your doing it yourself or you might ask a solicitor to do this for you, this should be around 300 β 400 euro. With ELEGOO blatantly ignoring EU Law, you have very high chances of winning. If Elegoo representatives donβt show up β you have won. If enough people start making claims they might think twice about breaking the law again. 3) You may decide that a small compensation is not relevant - Hire a Lawyer and pursue a bigger claim based on your individual case. 4) Make a claim againt elegoo for breaching Data protection regulation β Hire a Solicitor this is a serious matter but so is the compensation (this claim can go as high as 52000 Euro) if elegoo failed to inform you that they are sending your data to china or gfailed to include GDPR directive in their site at the time you were buying - you have very high chances of winning. 5) Stay tuned for possible class action lawsuit in the future. I will update my review with relevant information in the future. Now youre informed. Do your part. Edit : Elegoo after seeing this review sent me self issued CE marking certs for printers ONLY, I have not checked the validity and technical documentation to confirm compliance with EU regulations.

SEIf I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I have amended my rating accordingly. -------β------------------- Original review -------------------------- I could rate zero stars,I would. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 β¬ for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment.
