I love this product so much I love this product so much! I've done many other diets before and I was always giving up because the recipes were super restrictive. In Eative they also offer a lot of support. Their nutritionists are always helpful and they never let me give up

Was not impressed with the diet… Was not impressed with the diet program. You can get everything the app offers free online. Company attempted to automatically renew another subscription without authorization. I tried to resolve the issue with Keto Eative team to credit charge back to my America Express card with no success. Unfortunately I will need to take further measures to resolve the unauthorized charge. Be careful and check your credit card/banking statements daily!! It’s so unfortunate companies feel they can fraudulently charge credit cards and attempt to run a business.

I also order this in 1/21 Never used it… I also order this in 1/21 Never used it and was charged a year later and told I could get a refund even though I e play to them I never even had access to their website so why was i being charged. No response. MONEY Scam stay away!!!

Auto renew without any notification Companies like these should not exist and the customer support should be ashamed of calling themselves "support". I was charged £33 without any kind of notification. There is no phone support, or at least the company has made it impossible to find one. I contacted them from my phone app and asked them to cancel the membership. they pointed me to the desktop version and then kicked off from the chat. I can't login anymore either to phone app or desktop app. I will be instructing bank to not process any further payments. Just adds unnecessary stress to otherwise a good day.

Canceled back in May Canceled back in May, called left message and canceled through the app. Found out they continued to charge me. Never received 3 month agreement. Horrible customer service. Tried for first couple of months, lost no weight. Hoping this would work but it did not.
