ESI bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and… I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and every 6 months humidity and water gets inside, I write to the technical service and they say they are sorry and send another one and 6 months later it happens again and they apologise that the guarantee is over and that I can buy another one to see if I have better luck. They are aware of what is happening and continue to sell products that are faulty. Company message: We're afraid a replacement is no longer available in such a situation. Bella responded immediately. She gave me detailed instruction, which quickly resolved my problem. I have another two surveillance cameras from other company. In comparison, Reolink is clearly the best. NLImpressive support for impressive products I have not yet met a company who responds so quickly and accurate ! I am VERY impressed with Reolink products and Reolink support. They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. GBI've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.
