They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. GBThe detection rate is dull The detection rate sucks. Camera picks up after subject walks or moves away from camera does not collectively record when subjects in camera detection rate is about 5 feet. Must be within frame longer than 6 seconds..to catch a subject. Camera will record when the trees reflection off the windows. But not when someone walks right up to the door. Rings the door bell. And there is Noone stand at the door because the camera didn't click on. The viewing and night vision reaches dwell up to 80 feet.

ESI bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and… I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and every 6 months humidity and water gets inside, I write to the technical service and they say they are sorry and send another one and 6 months later it happens again and they apologise that the guarantee is over and that I can buy another one to see if I have better luck. They are aware of what is happening and continue to sell products that are faulty. Company message: We're afraid a replacement is no longer available in such a situation. Hope for your kind understanding. We found that Argus 3 Pro is on promotion now. You may purchase a new one directly, and here is the purchase ://www.amazon

AUReolink you stink! This company Reolink should be put on notice. My review is at Reolink Australia. I have returned 3 cameras within 12 months of installation only to be told that they arent covered by the warranty and I will have to replace. The cameras were installed as per instructions and have failed however Reolink has provided zero support to address the failure, other than I should pay to replace. Reolink you Stink! Thank you for your swift reply. My purchases are in warranty and instalIation was as per instructions, yet a satisfactory solution from Reolink was for myself to purchase and replace. Reolink have wasted my time and money dealing with this. You have my details and email, should Reolink like to resolve. 1 out of 5.
