Bella responded immediately. She gave me detailed instruction, which quickly resolved my problem. I have another two surveillance cameras from other company. In comparison, Reolink is clearly the best. Belle's excellent service and skill level make me believe that Reolink is the leader of the industry of surveillance camera! i am sure that Reolink feels very proud to have outstanding employees like Bella! I was able to talk to a real person I was able to talk to a real person, the very knowable with the product. he knew how to talk to me to get the right information to fix the problem. it very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. the system is now working as designed. I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

Absolutely love this the camera system… Absolutely love this the camera system from Reolink. We had purchased a product from Swann which was totally substandard as a wireless system. They did however offer a refund as their system was unfit for purpose. After some research, which we should have done the first time, we found Reolink and ordered via Catch for a third of the price of our previous system. Once arrived we cannot believe how easy and amazing these cameras and this system is! Crisp clear cameras easy to have on a desktop. All in all Reolink to us has been a great buy and we couldn't be happier with our business being secure 247 with 6 camera's. Awesome!

Argos PT Lite. Bought 3 PT Lite cameras. Found the help desk very helpful, easy to install but read how to place them, I didn't and had to move 2 of them. Great product and great back up.
