wrong equipment I recently bought an I phone 5s battery changing package from this company, when I looked at the screw drivers they gave me, they had given me two Phillips screw drivers, I was pretty upset. but when I finally got into my phone and took out the battery, I then saw that the battery I needed was a four prong (they gave me a three prong). You can bet your money I will not buy from this company again.

Good Deal! Arrived here very fast. I like the deal with BestBatt.com. Canon's original batteries are so expensive and I would have had to pay for tax.

On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status. Please look at this : LZ133431730US Update! Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. Got the hard-to-find batteries. It was great finding this rare battery for my camcorder. The batteries were packaged well and came in excellent condition. I would purchase from this seller again.
