GBVery pleased First, customer service was done live via texting. Not my favorite way to communicate, but it was efficient and the operator was polite and knowledgeable. Second, The ordering process was simple, my batteries were shipped the next day and I received them three days from placing the order. I was very pleased with the speed of filling and shipping the order. I left for a backcountry trip the day after they were received and had enough juice to power my old digital camera for the duration of the trip.

CAItem was supposed (in stock) Item was supposed (in stock) Then,bougth item on June 30th.On July 3rd have I received from saler an USPS tracking number with pre-shipment status. On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status. Please look at this : LZ133431730US Update! July 26 Tth and still not have received my order.

NZUsed Bestbatt in 2015 and service was… Used Bestbatt in 2015 and service was excellent. Now it is the pits. Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. Sooner they go belly up the better and stop creating upset customers. Mike the Kiwi.
