Terrible Terrible. Just had to put a claim in with PayPal because it has been almost 2 weeks after purchasing and paying for an item using ny PayPal account....ZERO correspondence from them and they do not answer either phone number listed on their website and no response from emails. Stay away from this "company".

Very pleased First, customer service was done live via texting. Not my favorite way to communicate, but it was efficient and the operator was polite and knowledgeable. Second, The ordering process was simple, my batteries were shipped the next day and I received them three days from placing the order. I was very pleased with the speed of filling and shipping the order.
