Placed order November 2018, received confirmation, noted that amount on credit card was pending. Thought all was great. Then a week later no response noted that pending on credit card had gone. Sent three emails no response. Tried the online (so called) no response as they were all busy - yea right- left message. No response. No way to run a business Placed my order after speaking with an agent on the phone, then received a phone call needing some sort of verification a week later. Tried calling them back on multiple occasions on their 800 number and the number they used to leave me a voice mail. Calls never got beyond leaving a message, and my calls were never returned. The company cancelled the order since I did not verify whatever with them. HUGE waste of time. Same item on Amazon for less
