GBGarbage Garbage, holster clips break, company says lifetime warranty but once they replace their poorly made product once and of course it breaks again they say too bad they already replaced it. I ended up going with SupCase Unicorn Beetle case and holstet combo, more rugged and much better quality over Seidio for LESS money! Nasty and rude customer service - keep your seidio junk mailing it back today!

GBSamsung Galaxy Case Great product, the case is slim but feels sturdy and very protective. Have submerged underwater once with no damage to phone. Some problems hat need to be addressed - the case tends to build up dust and lent in the camera lens and must be cleaned out regularly to avoid cloudy photos. In addition, the case significantly reduces the volume projected during phone calls. Other than this I am completely satisfied with my case.

GBOBEX Holster not reliable The buying experience has been OK. I bought an OBEX Holster (#3035) and it broke twice and I had to replace it - once under warranty and once because I bumped it against my car rather hard. My third one's mechanism to lock the belt clip to the holster does not hold in the lock position so the holster too easily separates from the belt clip.

GBConvert offerings not complete I ordered the Convert combo for my IPhone 6 on Amazon, and had to order the Mount kit directly from Seidio. All good except this: The Seidio site and Amazon both fail to sell extra Convert holsters, so that I can just snap my phone into different holsters. Please recommend remedy besides buying several Convert Combos. Thx

GBCustomer service excellent but product only average Website clear and easy, ordering simple, and company stays in contact every step until product arrives. Product functions well but looks like a "flea market bargain". Microphone muted by waterproofing membrane but using a Bluetooth headset or ear piece solves that issue plus the phone stays locked in the holster where it is safe. The holster/belt clip locks so phone cannot be released unintentionally. The only difficulty is installing the case over the "silent switch" properly so switch functions once the case is assembled.... Not a big deal but it would have saved time if the instructions highlighted the need to check that function before completing the assembly.
