OBEX Holster not reliable The buying experience has been OK. I bought an OBEX Holster (#3035) and it broke twice and I had to replace it - once under warranty and once because I bumped it against my car rather hard. My third one's mechanism to lock the belt clip to the holster does not hold in the lock position so the holster too easily separates from the belt clip.

Seidio - Samsung S6 Edge I always buy Seidio cases for my personal and business phones and as usual the quality and design of the case is great. The only thing I don't like is the amount of force it takes to press the power button. I have to press the button with so much force I have to hold the other side of the phone and more often than not I'll accidently press the level buttons which adjusts the volume levels. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use this case but I'll again look to Seidio when I get my next phone. If not for the consistent quality of Seidio products I'd of only given three stars.

Awesome Case for IPhone 6plus Purchased my second Seidio case and as usual awesome case. Full protection and minimal added bulk. Good feel and looks great! Already getting asked," what kind of case is that"? Also bought the holster. Satisfied as always with my Seidio products! I'm a repeat customer!!!

Another first rate Seidio product I recently acquired the Convert Add-on Kit, to augment the Surface Case for my BlackBerry Passport. It set up easily, and gives me greater confidence on those days I need a little more protection for my phone. My only criticism is that the Convert Case will not permit me to mount my phone using the add-on windshield mount is a way that I can see the screen. As a result, I've scratched the windshield mount off my wish list.

Flawed Design I chose the Seidio over other less expensive units because of the company's reputation. When I received the Surface product and installed it on my Galaxy Edge, I quickly found that the case would not seal by "applying pressure near the seam" of the two halves. Now every time I remove the phone from the holster the two halves of the case separate causing the phone to slip out of the Surface and likely fall. Not worth the price premium.
