Excited about OBEX - Disappointed in Customer Service Greetings Eh! Have had great experiences in the past with Seidio, the reason for my disappointment this time. Confident this is something simple. Saw the OBEX available for iPhone 6 Plus = Stoked! Placed an online order Aug 3, 2015 Checked online for status Aug 6 = "Processing" Aug 10 = "Processing" Emailed Customer Service Aug 6 and 10, 2015 = No Response, Follow-Thru or Reply late Aug 12, 2015. Uncharacteristic for Seidio, highly uncharacteristic, must be a glitch in the matrix. Left a voicemail just now, need an answer. Looking forward to see how this is resolved. Hope all is well with The Seidio Families and Infrastructure.

Excellent Product & Service GS4 Waterproof Case Company wedsite user friendly, found and purchased the case after reading technological reviews about it being better than Samsung's own product, and better than Otter ( my old case was an Otter, tough but my sweat kept getting under the screen in Texas heat making phone impossible to use without taking it apart and cleaning it). SEIDIO delivered my new case free FedEx 2 day service, and had a $25-off offer at the time that made it reasonably priced. Have had it a week now and perfect performance.

Worth waiting for, every time. Each newly released phone I get always has a shortage of non-TPU cases. And each time, the hardest part for me is waiting for Seidio to make their new cases available. But wait I do, because even after trying other top case manufacturers, I always come back to Seidio... the best. I'm on my 6th Android phone, and my 5th Seidio case (didn't have one for the G1)

OBEX Holster not reliable The buying experience has been OK. I bought an OBEX Holster (#3035) and it broke twice and I had to replace it - once under warranty and once because I bumped it against my car rather hard. My third one's mechanism to lock the belt clip to the holster does not hold in the lock position so the holster too easily separates from the belt clip.

The Benchmark of the industry I've used Seidio cases and holsters for my mobile phones since they've been available .I recently purchased a new iPhone 6 Plus ( quite a sizeable device ) and didn't want to add any unnecessary bulk to an already large phone but still wanted to protect it from damage . I bought the " surface combo" ( surface style case and matching holster) . It's soft easy grip surface gives me a sure grip and all the protection I need to keep my rather pricey device safe and the holster keeps it secure yet handy at all times. There are countless lesser products out there but for my money there's only one genuine "Seidio ".
