We love it here! We have been coming to Pet Paradise for about 3 years now doing both regular daycamp and boarding for our Husky, Jack. He loves it so much he never wants to come home. We have come to know so many of the sweet staff members who take great care of Jack and I but Erin in particular has gone so far out of her way to help us. She always sees our needs and helps us before we would ever think to ask and we trust her with our baby like she’s family. Thank you Erin for loving our Jack!

Mauser & Cheeseburger were back again… Mauser & Cheeseburger were back again for a brief stay September 13-17th 2020. They get so excited when I check them in to Pet Paradise... not like some places I used to board them where I could see when I picked them up that they weren't happy to have stayed. Cheeseburger loves to jump high & catch his treats as does Mauser and the folks at Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport usually take a few pics of my pups flying thru the air in excitement or zooming around the play area. It's like Cheese & Maus are having their own mini vacation too! Everyone is always so friendly, caring, and patient when answering my questions. Wesley Chapel staff the best!!! Our fur baby goes to pet paradise in Wesley chapel Fl. We feel 1000% comfortable leaving him for day camp or boarding over multiple days. The staff is outstanding and extremely patient. I’ve been known to call multiple times on day camp days to find out if Diesel is playing etc. The staff always show kindness and empathy and makes me feel that there’s no problem in calling. Best place ever!!!! Diesel really enjoys himself Update August 9: We took full advantage of the reduced day camp rate in July. Diesel got to go to camp twice a week; what a great summer break for a pup

This place stole the internet search This place stole the internet search for 'pet paradise' a bunch of other people have businesses called 'Pet paradise' that are not even shown because of your business.We are not trying to complain but simply want people to be able to find our business without having to ask for a address or phone number. Sorry for the complaints but I needed to be honest, other than that this is a pretty good business,Sincerely,Another 'Pet paradise'Owner.

I am extremely upset I am extremely upset. I got a phone call from pet paradise in Carrollton to pick up Togo because he was scared of the blow dryer. I said OK and I went to pick him up and ask what was going on. The owner pulled out his card and told me there was no information on him from his last grooming. I said okay, How is that my fault? I was not the groomer. Pet paradise is under new ownership and the owner and the groomer both came at me with attitude like I did something wrong because he had some matts. This is how they returned him to me. I immediately went to another groomer who brushed him out, used a blow dryer which he reacted like you expect a dog to react and booked him a apt. He licked her face while she brushed him He's a good dog but I hope these people didn't do something to him because the attitude and yelling at me was uncalled for.
