My pet stayed for 3 nights when I… My pet stayed for 3 nights when I picked him up he was coughing and throwing up. I called back and they had a I don't care attitude. He has kettle cough which is air borne so that means over the 200 dogs they housed will be sick too. Please don't take your pet to the location in Snellville.

My dog got bite by another dog and… My dog got bite by another dog and apparently the staff cannot tell me how the incident happened. I would not advise anyone to take their dog to that place. And on top off all that my dog went through the manager was very unprofessional and put one off her staff member to called me and tell me do not bring my dog back to pet paradise because there do not want to take responsibility for the damage done to my dog. I took my dog to Banfield where she received staples, and medication.

Boarding and Day Camp I have only used this location for their day camp and boarding but thus far I have had an amazing experience with both. I have a husky that is tough to keep up with and I wish I had started sending her to day camp earlier. Even just once a week has improved her behavior as she has spent all of her excess energy and is much more relaxed when home.

The first time my dog ever boarded at… The first time my dog ever boarded at the pet paradise university location in Jacksonville Florida, he get really sick with kennel cough. The facility was no help with costs or anything. And I know for certain that they do let other dogs stay there without proper shots being done beforehand.. my dog is always at home and never around other dog other than when he boarded this time.

Fully vaccinated puppy died My six month old fully vaccinated puppy went to day camp at Pet Paradise-Houston/Hobby on June 28 and July 2. He died on July 7. He was lethargic on July 6 with bloody diarrhea and vomiting and was taken immediately to Urgent Care where he was treated for his symptoms. He died within hours. I contacted this location to let them know so they could alert other customers and conduct a deep cleaning. I left a voicemail message, and no one has contacted me.
