This Hidden Paradise pet resort is abusive to the dogs that are kenneled with him … This Hidden Paradise pet resort is you're fur babies worst nightmare. This man Curtis is caught on video violently grabbing a German shepherd by his / her collar and once half way in the kennel he kicks this poor pup. He is a monster and needs to be stopped. There is a viral video on FB of him doing this. Please don't allow him to do this to you're baby. The police have been notified and some other media.

My dog got bite by another dog and… My dog got bite by another dog and apparently the staff cannot tell me how the incident happened. I would not advise anyone to take their dog to that place. And on top off all that my dog went through the manager was very unprofessional and put one off her staff member to called me and tell me do not bring my dog back to pet paradise because there do not want to take responsibility for the damage done to my dog. I took my dog to Banfield where she received staples, and medication.

Put my dog's health and safety in jeopardy Staff did not look after my dog's wellbeing. From them breaking my dog's head harness to giving us wrong information about check out and trying to keep them over night, all the way to double checking the phone number on file to ensure that they can reach me in case of an emergency. They had wrong information on file that could have made my dog very sick. Long story extremely short, I do not trust this staff with looking after my dogs in the slightest.

Fully vaccinated puppy died My six month old fully vaccinated puppy went to day camp at Pet Paradise-Houston/Hobby on June 28 and July 2. He died on July 7. He was lethargic on July 6 with bloody diarrhea and vomiting and was taken immediately to Urgent Care where he was treated for his symptoms. He died within hours. I contacted this location to let them know so they could alert other customers and conduct a deep cleaning. I left a voicemail message, and no one has contacted me.

I am extremely upset I am extremely upset. I got a phone call from pet paradise in Carrollton to pick up Togo because he was scared of the blow dryer. I said OK and I went to pick him up and ask what was going on. The owner pulled out his card and told me there was no information on him from his last grooming. I said okay, How is that my fault? I was not the groomer. Pet paradise is under new ownership and the owner and the groomer both came at me with attitude like I did something wrong because he had some matts. This is how they returned him to me. I immediately went to another groomer who brushed him out, used a blow dryer which he reacted like you expect a dog to react and booked him a apt. He licked her face while she brushed him He's a good dog but I hope these people didn't do something to him because the attitude and yelling at me was uncalled for.
