Pleasant, Knowledgeable & Competitive William and his associate were professional and very pleasant during the installation of our washer and dryer rental. William knew a lot about the appliances and was good enough to share some tips of use as well. I also really appreciate them wearing masks during this difficult Covid 19 time we are all facing, it made me more at ease.
