Premium Appliances rental Randomly came across Premium Appliance Rentals, & I’m glad I did. They responded fast and delivered fast. I had an issue with a washer and Will replaced it with a better washer & I have no complaints. I would recommend their business to anyone who wants to rent appliances with great people.

Review Update: they were able to replace the washer the next day to ensure it was installed correctly. Not only were we charged higher than stated, we also had no update of when the washer and dryer would arrive, and most of all it completely flooded the apartment the first time we ran the washer. No number to call to help as this is happening. Just a “we’ll get back to you.” Clearly very cheap and used washers and dryers.

Pleasant, Knowledgeable & Competitive William and his associate were professional and very pleasant during the installation of our washer and dryer rental. William knew a lot about the appliances and was good enough to share some tips of use as well. I also really appreciate them wearing masks during this difficult Covid 19 time we are all facing, it made me more at ease. I would certainly recommend them- great to work with and very competitive rental rates!
