Purchased out of stock product, CS made up for it I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.

Great Service So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well! These people are just amazing. Thank you!

Light Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.

Low expectations, boy was I wrong! I was blown away at the value of my projector purchase. My expectations were not very high, as I knew it would be a toss of the dice buying a used projector. But I truly got what in all appearances is a new projector, and so far it's working splendidly for our church worship services. Thanks for a great product at a fantastic price and superb service to boot. Very pleased!

I placed order for a projector I placed order for a projector. Contacted Projector SuperStore and they said that unfortunately it was back ordered and will not be available for a month. They offered advise on which other model would be close in specs and quality. however i wanted this particular one and canceled my order. Refund was done the same day. in the future for projector needs this is my place.
