Light Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.

Easy ordering/great service Very easy process and helpful customer service. Product arrived on time and good condition. They were exactly as described and fit our projectors. This is an important concern as we've found this not to be the case with some lamp vendors.

A great team Matt Crossman was a great help with my question about the monitor and getting my order ready. Carla Gamboa has kept me up-to-date on where my package is and any questions I had on the shipping. You have a great team in both of these people

Responsiveness and ship out time was… Responsiveness and ship out time was great. However, you might check with other shippers. FedEx was supposed to deliver my projector in 2 days. I would have had it on Friday and could have had it installed for Sunday Services. instead they lost it in Memphis and I didn't get it until Monday after calling starting Friday to find it. Never have had a problem with UPS.

Ultra Fast and Cheaper Than Expected! I had 2 projectors go out in a church auditorium when the bulbs in both hit the 4000 hour mark simultaneously. Being in a pinch and needing them working by the weekend, I came across Projector Superstore. Their shipping was ultra fast and their communication was excellent. They even saved me money by tweaking the order. Having projectors working within 2 days and saving a bunch of money made me look like a hero. Thank you!
