Slow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

Purchased out of stock product, CS made up for it I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.

Great to work with I called to see if an item was in stock, and was told that it was. I asked a few more questions as to ship time & check out. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful I placed the order online in a matter of minutes. Light Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.
