GBLight Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.

GB$3500 projector was in stock… Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

GBPurchased out of stock product, CS made up for it I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.

GBThe Projector Super Store gets 5 stars… The Projector Super Store gets 5 stars from me regarding a projector replacement lamp. My Optoma needed a new bulb. I purchased online at another outlet and it failed within a month. I discovered the Super Store and discovered that they carry the genuine optoma replacement lamps at a very reasonable price. The bulb, the wattage, etc. is exactly what my projector required. It arrived at my door super fast and was packed in a factory Optoma container. The brightness and color clarity match exactly how it was when the projector was new. I am so glad I discovered the Projector Super Store and highly recommend. THANKS !
