My printer arrived damaged My printer arrived damaged. It did not complete the initial setup. Seller refunded my purchase, but I had to ship back the unit at my own expenses, which were not insignificant, being this a fairly bulky item. I did not read their return policy ahead of time. I just assumed my shopping experience would be on par with other well established online merchants where free returns for any reason are a given.

The selection of printers and associated pricing was excellent and included free shipping. Their website was easy to navigate and the purchase process went smoothly. The printer arrived in original certified refurbished HP packaging. The installation instructions were easy to follow. We are very pleased!

So far so good So far so good. I've had the laptop for about a week and it seems to work as if it were new. Sent the support email a few questions before I purchased it and they responded same day. Laptop arrived in a fairly secure box the day after I ordered it. Hope it keeps working well, only downside is 3-month warranty.

I think your Customer Care to be… I think your Customer Care to be excellent. The one problem I had, had nothing to do with you or your company. It had to do with the shipping company. Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future.
