GBNice little computer Nice little computer. Had to update some drivers, but that was an easy fix. Fast shipping and a good price. Loved the addition of the extra hard drive space. Good experience, would buy from again.

GBFirst time ordering a refurbished… First time ordering a refurbished laptop from CompTechDirect. Package was delivered on time with lots of packaging airbags. However, the laptop box was torn from sides and was retaped. Anyway, contents inside were complete and all good. It came with Windows 10 Canadian French, but I'm savvy enough to get in and reset and upgrade to Windows 11 US English without any problems. Overall, got what was described.

GBSo far so good So far so good. I've had the laptop for about a week and it seems to work as if it were new. Sent the support email a few questions before I purchased it and they responded same day. Laptop arrived in a fairly secure box the day after I ordered it. Hope it keeps working well, only downside is 3-month warranty.

GBComputer arrived earlier than expected… Computer arrived earlier than expected and undamaged. I set up today and everything appears to be working as promised. Very limited instructions came with unit so I set it up on the fly.
