GBSo far so good So far so good. I've had the laptop for about a week and it seems to work as if it were new. Sent the support email a few questions before I purchased it and they responded same day. Laptop arrived in a fairly secure box the day after I ordered it. Hope it keeps working well, only downside is 3-month warranty.

Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future.
