Pleasantly Surprised I was honestly a little hesitant about ordering from CompTechDirect as I have never ordered from them before and the reviews were mixed. My experience was perfect. I placed the order online received an immediate confirmation. I was then sent shipping information a day later and my package arrived a day early. How about that. Great hob CompTechDirect! I will not hesitate in ordering from them again.

I think your Customer Care to be… I think your Customer Care to be excellent. The one problem I had, had nothing to do with you or your company. It had to do with the shipping company. Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future. Amazing deals and customer service I am the IT Director where I work and sometimes have to order more than one PC. I ordered one computer off of Comp Tech Direct because I was skeptical because the price was so cheap compared to anywhere else. When this brand new PC showed up just the way I wanted it i was amazed (not to mention how fast it arrived) so I ordered another 10. The price got even cheaper because I ordered so many and I still received the same quality. so I just ordered another 20 PC's and they showed up in less than five days. I could not be any more pleased with my experience. I will be doing all of my IT purchases with Comp Tech Direct from here on out.

Super router! Super router! Style: Netgear / Nighthawk This router made all the difference in our WiFi. It was super easy to set up and, after setup gave us blazingly fast internet access. Wish I had gotten it years ago. It was highly recommended to us by our provider. And specially when I called Comptechdirect for their suggestion the best customer service I have experienced!!! I will definitely comeback to Comptechdirect !!

This gentleman (Komar?) hunted down all… This gentleman (Komar?) hunted down all four brackets we needed three sets of. One item was backordered and he somehow magically found it available immediately. This man deserves at the very least a Kudos or a raise!
