GBGreat Customer Service! Great Customer Service! I haven’t been able to use the heater yet because Amazon shipped one that was described as like new condition but when I unpacked the fireplace it had no legs in the box. I contacted Turbro directly, via email, and they responded promptly, requesting the exact model number and invoice from Amazon to be certain they were shipping the correct parts. The replacement legs are on their way and I am looking forward to enjoying my fireplace heater soon. I did plug it in to check that it was in working condition and I was impressed with the “flames” - they are more realistic than many others I’ve seen.

GBI ordered my Turbro Eternal Heater from…Amazon I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!

GBGreat product Great product, even better customer service! I have the TS20 and had an issue with the heating component. Contacted costumer service and Britany was a pleasure to work with. This is a great unit for small spaces—a lot of heat output for a small machine, crackling sound & fire doesn’t look “fake”, great vibe! Highly recommend this company. Will be a return customer!

GBThe heater is great The heater is great. My wife and I really like the heater. Customer service is excellent. We purchased our heater from Amazon. Upon arrival, we found that the crackling sound was not working. I emailed Support, which promptly shipped a replacement heater. New heater works great. I would recommend the heater and the company to anyone.

GBExcellent customer service I recently had a difficulty with my remote control on my turbo fireplace heater purchased in October 2022. I called the company and explained my situation. I was unable to turn on the unit I loved because my remote no longer functioned. On January 30, 2024 the company sent me a new unit. The interaction was above and beyond and The gentleman could give lessons in customer service. No hassle despite the fact the warranty expired. My unit now works as it did. I am one satisfied customer.
