GBExcellent customer service I recently had a difficulty with my remote control on my turbo fireplace heater purchased in October 2022. I called the company and explained my situation. I was unable to turn on the unit I loved because my remote no longer functioned. On January 30, 2024 the company sent me a new unit. The interaction was above and beyond and The gentleman could give lessons in customer service. No hassle despite the fact the warranty expired. My unit now works as it did. I am one satisfied customer.

I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family! GBCoolbeans On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs. Had an issue with the remote and the staff helped me with it quickly. Shout out to Nicole and Britany for their help. If l ever need help with anything concerning my AC, l will call. Blessings Turbro.
