GBI had a software mishap that I had done… I had a software mishap that I had done on my mandrill machine. I emailed them (yorahome) and to my surprise, I had a response in just a few hours. Jim was the tech that was helping me with the software issue. He went way above and beyond helping me solve my issue. My mandrill was back up and running within a few hours and has been perfect ever since. Great customer service!!!!!!

CAMandrill issue I had an issue with my mandrill which I could not troubleshoot on my own. I e mailed support and Nick immediately started helping me. It was a tricky fix that took a while to diagnose. But, at no time did I ever feel unsupported. I have to say, some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. These guys are awesome! Thanks to Nick and Jim, I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was.

AUAmazing Support and warranty Amazing Support and warranty replaced the whole system when we had trouble trying to get things worked out and now everything is running like it should. Many times we had to correspond with very different time zone and nearly always we were able to work out a suitable time to suit both Yorahome support and myself.

GBI’ve had a few problems with my air… I’ve had a few problems with my air assist and I have contacted customer service and within an hour or so they have answered my questions and sent me what I needed at a reasonable time.
