GBIt is so nice to deal with a company… It is so nice to deal with a company with Customer Service. I purchased a 3018 prover last year. I purchased the upgrade kit to a 3040. When I was installing the upgrade, I stripped out the set screws for the coupling between the motor and the lead screw. I went to look for the replacement parts but could not find them. I contacted CS and they went above and beyond what I expected. They sent me the part at no charge and in a timely manner. They also checked on how my experience was and if everything was satisfactory. Again, it is so nice and refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

GBIssue with 4040 Pro CNC I contacted Sainsmart about a problem that I was having with my 4040 Pro CNC. They responded backed to me quickly and requested some additional information. Upon the receipt of the information from me, they immediately sent me an updated part that has seemed to completely solve my problem!
