GBUV9G not transmitting on Ch 15 I discovered that my UV9G didn't transmit on Ch 15 Friday night well after business hours. I email support not expecting anything until Monday morning. within 24 hrs I had the firmware solution in my inbox with instructions. The solution worked and the support was extreamly fast. Thank you support team my radio is working perfectly now.

GBCustomer support went above and beyond Customer support went above and beyond. I had a few radios that had programming and issues and after a few emails back and forth we could not solve the problems but Radioddity did offer to exchange the radios. New radios are working great and I will definitely be a returning customer.
