The reason for the difficulties was not the hardware, but once again Windows. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend Radioddity.

GBRadioddity Warrantees Are The Real Deal! My Xiegu x5105 transceiver developed an intermittent receive problem after owning it for six months. I contacted Radioddity to see if it could be repaired under warranty. To be honest, I wasn't optimistic because I'd never dealt with them before. But guess what? They appologized for the problem and sent me a prepaid UPS label to return it at their expense. And then they quickly sent me a brand new replacement unit! Bravo Radioddity!!
