GBTerrible customer service. Terrible customer service. I have tried calling on their listed number and it always goes to voicemail during normal business hours Ordered a product on February 6th February 9th the order hadn't been shipped so I decided to cancel the order as I had found something else. Feb 11th they responded saying my order was cancelled although no cancellation was made in Shop pay. Feb 19th I requested a follow up as my refund had still not processed and they never wrote back. Followed up again today feb 23rd. THe producsts look cheap and the lack of customer service would keep me from ever coming back. Update March 7th. They still have not sent my refund.Filed a dispute with shop pay to try and recover my money.

GBMediocre Average product sadly, the actual mag safe phone charger works well but the watch charger is poor which is similar to comments here. It works but constantly lights up the watch all night on and off due to a glitch. I reached out to Gravgoods however with no response.

GBI purchased a gravstation from grav goods I purchased a gravstation from grav goods I at first thought maybe they were scams but I can honestly say there product I purchased was fantastic, it keeps everything in one place beside the bed I can see the time and the led light isn’t bright enough to make your eyes shut as with some lights , the product is self is at the highest standard and the company it’s self are remarkable never have I found a company that put themself out to help as much as grav-goods. I’ve also so pleased I’m awaiting a grav bank which should arrive by 17 th but it hasn’t arrived as yet , I’ve found this company so professional and helpful . I’d certainly purchase more from this company,Thank you gravgoods keep up this good work , Mrs patton

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service , my wireless charger that I bought for them stopped charging properly . I sent them an email with the order number explaining the situation. They haven’t bothered to reply at all . I AM NOT GOING TO BUY EVER AGAIN FROM YOU !
